Chris has over 20 years of experience in providing value-added advice to founders and family-owned businesses on matters that include strategic positioning, growth initiatives, capital allocation, and accretive acquisitions.  He applies a disciplined, analytical mindset and a depth of expertise in the middle market to identify new opportunities.  As a Partner of Baum Capital Partners, Chris is responsible for originating and evaluating new investments, managing the completion of investment transactions, and collaborating with management teams to build value.

Chris graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management from Kansas State University.
